Warranty Policy

Youdgee provides 1 year free warranty.

Warranty Period:
The warranty period of massager products is 1 year from the date of delivery on the bill of lading.

If your youdgee product fails due to material or workmanship defects within one year from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the product for free!

To place a repair order or exchange, please contact youdgeeus@gmail.com with the following information:
-Order number
-Reasons for repair and replacement
-Detailed description of product defects
-Attach photos and videos
We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

This warranty does not include:

(a) Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling or transportation
(b) Unauthorized repair of devices
(c) Devices not used in accordance with youdgee care instructions
(d) Deterioration of delivered products due to abnormal storage and/or protection conditions at the customer's premises
(e) Products disassembled or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service representative
(f) Failure to provide dated proof of purchase on your device
(g) Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
