Return

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.To start returning, you can contact us at youdgeeus@gmail.com.
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you will return the product and request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. You can return any product purchased on youdgee.com (defined below) according to the following terms:
1. You must return the product to the address provided within 30 days after receiving the product to obtain a refund at your own expense.

2. To be eligible for return，The returned product must be in good physical condition (no physical damage or damage). All accessories you purchase must be included in your return.

3. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Refund


After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund.

If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically apply the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to replace the same item, please send an email to youdgeeus@gmail.com

Transportation
To return your product, you should mail the product to:Henggang Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen

2nd Floor, Building 5, Longfa Industrial Park, Dawan Village, Dakang Community.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned merchandise.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time of your replacement product may vary.

If you are shipping more than $60, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
