You'll receive a confirmation email from us following your order and also one when it's been shipped. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

We ship packages from the U.S. If you have not received the order within 10 working days after placing the order, please contact us.
